Where does my client's recording go — does it leave India?
Straight answer: storage is India-hosted and audio transcription can be pinned to an India region (Sarvam). But the AI summary step uses a disclosed model that today runs outside India, under a contractual no-training, no-retention term — we will not pretend the summary stays in India when it doesn't.
